Our Journey began with the purchase, sales and construction of residential projects by one of our Director’s Mr. Sangram Singh who joined hands with “Soho Constructions Pvt. Ltd” currently Known as “Soho Ltd.” as a Director in Year 2004. A feather was attached to his Cap as Soho Construction was the first Builder that started constructing Low Rise Apartment in Gyan Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. The company is having a turnover of around 5 crores annually. Then he gradually moved forward to form “Soho Makan” as a Proprietorship Firm in year 2008 and Solace Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd which is a Private Ltd company in year 2009. Having an experience of almost 10 years in construction & sale of Low Rise Apartment in Indirapuram and adjoining area now the company has ventured into the Group Housing project in Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), Plot No: GH- 16E, Sector-1 in the name of “Future World Green Homes Pvt. Ltd” coming up with the project named as “Future Estate”.
